The GSCC® accepts applications on a rolling basis from organizations that provide third-party verification and validation services to become approved certification bodies for the Steel Climate Standard as independent certification is a key pillar of conformance to the Standard. The following is a list of approved Certification Bodies; member companies may only contract with the listed GSCC®-approved entities to perform the third-party certification required by the Standard.

Applicant entities must fill out the following Certification Body Application Form and provide relevant documentation and credentials to confirm their qualifications align with the criteria outlined in Section 4 of the Supplemental Technical Guidance document.
